A chef in Reno told me to stop preheating my air fryer and I owe her lunch
She ran a food truck on Virginia Street and swore preheating just dries out chicken wings before they cook. I tested it with 2 pounds of wings at 380 for 22 minutes and they came out way juicier, so now I want to know who else skips the preheat.
