Stopped at a gas station in Amarillo and watched a guy make a whole breakfast in a $40 air fryer on his tailgate
Pulled into a Love's off I-40 last Saturday and this trucker had his air fryer plugged into an inverter, cooking sausage and peppers right on the tailgate. He said he ditched the microwave after 6 years because the fryer cooks faster and doesn't stink up the cab. He handed me a piece of sausage and honestly it was better than what I get at home. Anyone else cooking full meals in a truck or RV setup, and what wattage inverter are you running?
