I stopped watching new seasonal anime weekly and binged 12 episodes of one show in a single night, now I can't tell if I ruined it or fixed it
I used to watch 8 or 9 new shows a season, one ep a week, and by week 6 I'd forget half the plot and just drop stuff. So last month I tried a different thing: I picked ONE show that was already done airing, ignored everything else, and watched the whole 12 eps in one sitting on a Friday after the kids went to bed. The fights hit harder and I caught all the little foreshadowing bits I'd normally miss, but now I've got nothing to look forward to and the weekly talk threads feel pointless to me. So which is it, is a show better spread out so you can sit with it, or is binging the real way to watch? I honestly can't decide and I want to hear from people who do it the other way.
