Rant: the HOA board president at my Chamblee townhouse meeting showed up with a bullhorn
Went to the quarterly HOA meeting at the Chamblee community clubhouse last Tuesday and our board president brought an actual megaphone for a room of 11 people. She used it to announce that the new mailbox kiosk cost $4,200 and we all owe a special assessment by June. Half the room was laughing, the other half looked ready to riot. Has anyone else had a board go full power trip like this, or is this just a Chamblee thing?
