Unpopular opinion: my $12 plastic storage bin from Walmart outlasted the $70 stackable ones from the fancy site

I bought a cheap clear plastic bin at Walmart on 82nd in Lubbock for $12 about four years ago to hold my wife's holiday stuff. The lid cracked a little but the bin itself never warped, even through two summers where my shed hit 110 degrees inside. Meanwhile the two $70 stackable ones I ordered online buckled at the bottom after one winter and let water in, ruining a box of old photos. I think people sleep on the plain ones because they don't look nice on a shelf. What's actually holding up in your shed after a few Texas summers?
