Coworker swore the customer is always right, then a guy in Columbus demanded a refund on a 4 year old toaster
He actually said 'the customer signs my check' right before our manager pulled the receipt and shut the whole thing down, so now I want to know what is the worst 'customer is always right' take you have ever heard someone defend with a straight face?

My uncle tried returning a lawnmower to Home Depot after three summers because the blade got dull. Told the kid at the counter he was a taxpayer.
