Coworker swore you can't get a DUI on a lawn mower, then I found the actual law
This guy at my shop in Boise kept saying it for weeks, so I looked it up and Idaho Code 49-114 treats a lawn mower like any other vehicle on a public road. He got pulled over on his Craftsman two streets from his house and blew a .09. Has anyone else watched someone be this confident and this wrong about the law?
