Burned $260 on a "vintage" sealed Pokemon booster box at a flea market in Toledo, the tape was new

Found a guy selling what he called a 1999 sealed base set box for $260 at a flea market in Toledo last spring and I paid cash before checking the shrink wrap. Got it home, the plastic seam was fused with a hot knife and the packs inside were reprinted with fonts that didn't line up. Does anyone know if those card grading services will look at a box like this and tell me if it's a fake or do I eat the loss?
