Listened to an old episode on my drive to work. This engineer said the exit on Route 9 near the fairgrounds backed up so bad the drains couldn't keep up in heavy rain, and she pushed for a fix back then. Podcast was small, like 300 downloads. Then last month that same spot flooded out 6 cars after one storm. I keep thinking about how she basically wrote down what was going to happen and a few hundred of us heard it. Has anyone else found an old interview or report like this? Like a random comment that names the exact problem months before it hits the news?
