Chose Bowie over Mercury for my desert island discs, no regrets

Had to pick 5 albums to bring on a solo road trip from Austin to Santa Fe, and the final spot came down to David Bowie's 'Station to Station' or Queen's 'A Night at the Opera'. I went Bowie because that 10 minute title track just hits different when you're cruising through nowhere New Mexico. Freddie's range is undeniable, but Bowie's weirdness kept me awake through mile 400. Anyone else got a dead artist they'd defend over a more obvious legend?
