Wait though, isn't that technically a limited series? Miniseries are usually much shorter.

Yeah the whole "miniseries vs limited series" thing got me too. I just go by episode count now after that whole debate about that show with eight episodes. If it's over six episodes I call it a limited series, shorter than that feels like a true miniseries.

Used to get hung up on the exact definitions too. Then I saw a show with eight episodes called a miniseries and it just clicked for me. Now I just go by the feel of the thing instead of the label.
