Hot take: watching with subtitles on changed how I binge, and I fought it for 2 years
My roommate kept nagging me to turn on captions during our rewatch of The Wire last fall and I hated the idea until I caught 3 lines in a row I'd been mishearing for years, so now I want to know if anyone else gave in and never went back.
