My wild dice roll sent me to the clinic with a sore arm

We were wrapping up a marathon strategy game and I threw the dice with WAY too much force. Now I'm nursing a stiff elbow and my friends keep joking that I need to calm down.

These little aches are just part of the game's charm. If no one gets a bit banged up, it was probably a boring session. Acting like this is some major physical cost misses the point. It's called having fun, not filing a workers' comp claim.

My friend Chris threw a dice so hard during Monopoly he chipped a tooth on the table. Tbh, @brookeg91 isn't wrong about the charm, but that was a next level injury. We still laugh about it, but his dentist wasn't amused.

Been there. Threw a victory fist pump after winning Risk and smacked a wall. Sprained my wrist. Friends still bring it up years later. Gaming injuries are real. Hope your elbow feels better soon.
