Why does nobody talk about the dice tray trick that killed our table arguments?
Two months back our Friday group in Tacoma kept fighting over cocked dice and rolls landing on the floor, so I tried a cheap wooden tray with felt glued in. It mostly worked, but one guy swears the tray makes rolls come up lower somehow, and another says it slows the game to a crawl. I think it saves us 10 minutes of arguing a night, but your mileage may vary depending on your crew. So is a tray a real fix or just something we bought to feel better, and what do you all actually use?
