Forget the checklist, what if the real problem is people not knowing what a "record" even is in your system? Had that happen once, total mess lol.

Oh man, that hits home. We spent weeks arguing about a report before someone finally asked, "Wait, does one customer with five orders count as one record or five?" Total gridlock until we wrote down a single, simple definition everyone could see.
