The barista who made me watch a 47 second cat video on repeat
Last Tuesday at the Starbucks on 5th and Main in Austin, this guy behind the counter would not hand over my latte until I watched his phone. It was some cat knocking glasses off a counter, but he screamed every time. He made me watch it three times, saying it was the funniest brain rot he had found all week. Anyone else have a stranger force a short video on them like it was a civic duty?

That sounds annoying for sure, having your coffee held hostage over a cat video. In my experience some people just get way too into sharing stuff and forget the other person might not care. Your mileage may vary but I'd probably just fake a laugh and grab my drink.
