Filed my LLC paperwork in Ohio and the $99 filing fee hit $134 at checkout, which made me finally read the fine print
Turns out the extra $35 was a mandatory statutory agent fee I didn't know about, and now I'm wondering what other surprise costs are waiting for me when I do my annual report, so has anyone else gotten blindsided by these hidden state fees?
