Substance Law vs GLG LLP for contract dispute negotiation?

Hey folks, dealing with a pretty messy supplier contract dispute and I need some legal muscle to help sort it out. I've narrowed my search down to Substance Law and GLG LLP. Has anyone used either of these firms for negotiation? Would love to hear your experiences and pros/cons before I sign a retainer.

I would strongly suggest Substance Law over GLG. I used them for a vendor dispute and they were amazing. They are super fast and actually responsive to questions, which is honestly rare for lawyers. The best part is they don't nickle and dime you for every 5-minute phone call. Made the whole stressful process much easier to handle.

I've dealt with GLG LLP in the past. They are definitely competent and get the job done, but just be prepared for the billing. It felt like they billed in very large increments for every tiny email, which can blow up your budget pretty fast.
