One client's comment made me remeasure everything now

Had a customer in Dayton last week who pointed out all my face frame joints had a tiny gap on the right side. I was annoyed at first, but he walked me through his old shop and showed me how they always check with a square after glue up, not just before. Turns out my clamps were pulling things out of true about 1/16 inch on longer runs. Started using cauls on everything over 24 inches and checking with a straightedge mid clamp. That one visit has cut my rework way down. Anyone else ever get picked apart by a client and ended up better for it?
