The apology flowchart that ended my Twitter beefs

I kept getting stuck in the same loop where an influencer would half-apologize and I'd spend 2 hours arguing about intent instead of impact. So I made a dumb little list with three questions: did they name the harm, did they name who it hurt, and did they say what they'll do different. Has anyone else tried scoring apologies like that, or am I just bringing bar logic into a courtroom that doesn't need it?
