Counted the same hill in 3 chase scenes and the backdrop never changes, so I timed the loop

I was rewatching an old Scooby episode in my living room in Akron and kept seeing the same tree on the hill during the gang running from the ghost. So I paused it and counted, that background loops every 4 seconds flat, which is why the chase looks endless. Now I catch it in every episode, does anyone know if other Hanna-Barbera shows reuse the exact same 4 second loop or did they make new ones?
