That $6 'artisan' lemonade stand outside the farmers market in Boise got smaller every month
I started hitting that stand back in April and the cup was a solid 20oz for 6 bucks, which felt steep but okay for a treat. By June the same cup was maybe 14oz and the sign still said the same price. In August I watched the guy pour from a half gallon jug of store lemonade and squeeze in one sad lemon wedge, so the 'fresh squeezed' part is gone too. People keep lining up because of the cute sign and the mason jars, not because the drink is good. Anyone else notice these stands trim the portion instead of raising the price, and does it bug you as much as it bugs me?
