Bought a $12 brush head off a guy at a swap meet in Gary and it outcleaned my name brand one
I grabbed it mostly to be polite, figured it would shed bristles by the second job. Ran it on a 30 foot clay flue in Hammond last Tuesday and it scrubbed the creosote glaze better than the head I paid 60 bucks for at the supply house. Pulled it out after 4 sweeps and it barely lost a bristle. Now I'm second guessing every dollar I've dropped on the "pro" catalog. What's the sketchiest cheap tool that's actually held up for you?
