My $80 insulation kit paid for itself in one winter, here's the math
Sealed up the attic hatch and rim joists in my 1960s house with that foam and caulk kit. Heating bill dropped from $210 to $140 a month in Cleveland, so it basically broke even already. Anyone else do the cheap air sealing stuff before going for big upgrades like new windows?
