I finally think the dead mall in Owings Mills was better before that one store moved in
Everyone on here keeps posting about the last weird store holding on at Owings Mills Mall, but I went last month and honestly the place felt more alive 3 years ago when the food court still had that run down Chinese place with the flickering sign. Last week I walked the whole lower level and counted 11 dark storefronts, and the only open spot was a cell phone repair kiosk playing music way too loud. People act like any store still open is a win, but I think the empty quiet ones were the real find. Does anyone else miss when these places were just plain dead instead of half dead with one loud kiosk?
