Bought a "$19.99 drone" from a sketchy ad, got a tiny plastic toy with a 4 minute battery
Saw a Facebook ad last Tuesday for a 4K drone for $19.99 and figured worst case I'm out 20 bucks. It showed up 6 days later in a padded envelope the size of my hand, and the thing weighed less than a candy bar. Flew it in my backyard in Tucson and it lasted exactly 4 minutes before dying, plus the "4K camera" shoots video that looks like a 2007 flip phone. Now I'm stuck in a loop of their return form asking me to send video proof of the defect, which is a whole new level of dumb for a $20 toy. Has anyone actually gotten a refund from these no-name ad sellers, or do I just eat the 20 bucks?
