Serious question, that 88% off air purifier from a pop-up ad, anyone try it?
I was scrolling news sites on my phone last night and this ad for a HEPA purifier showed a $299 unit for $36. I almost clicked buy. My old one died two weeks ago and my allergies are kicking in bad. But the store name was something like 'PureBreeze Direct' and I could not find a single review outside their own site. Plus the countdown timer kept resetting every time I refreshed. Has anyone actually pulled the trigger on those and gotten a real filter, or is it just a cheap fan with a cardboard insert?
