Yeah when you say "seems like a small thing," @rivera.riley, that's exactly the point. It's never just the one time, is it? It's the pattern of small disrespects that adds up, where your space or your time isn't really yours. You see it everywhere, like when someone talks over you constantly or makes plans for you without asking.
