That cashier who quit Dollar Tree to go viral is back at a register in Springfield
I saw a woman go from 40,000 TikTok followers in June to 900 by October, and now she is back at a register in Springfield scanning my groceries. Her name was all over local news for two weeks back in the spring, people drove in from two towns over just to film her bagging items. The views looked huge but she never got a brand deal and the shop only gave her a $1 raise. Three videos in a row got flagged for music, and the app just quit showing her to new people. Now she tells me the regulars who found her online never come in anymore, and only the old neighborhood folks still do. Does anyone know if there is a way for people to bounce back, or is it just done once the feed drops you?
