Went back and watched that bread baking guy who blew up in 2020, his views are down 90% but his new stuff is honestly better
Last week I fell down a rabbit hole and checked on a baking channel that got huge during lockdown. This guy had a video with 12 million views back in April 2020, and now his recent uploads get maybe 8 to 12 thousand. I figured he'd either quit or sold out, but he's still posting every Friday and the recipes are way more advanced now. He actually replies to comments and did a whole series on sourdough starters that no one watches. It got me thinking about how the people who stick around after the hype are usually doing it for better reasons. Anyone else follow a creator who lost the numbers but got better content?
