Can we talk about finally getting crispy wings after 11 tries in my air fryer
I got my air fryer back in March and spent weeks ruining wings. They kept coming out steamed and rubbery no matter what temp I picked. Last night I finally tried patting them totally dry, tossing them in a tiny bit of baking powder, and doing 380 for 24 minutes with a shake at the halfway mark. They came out with actual crunchy skin, and my roommate in Austin said they beat the ones from the place down the street. What is your go to trick for getting that crunch without drying out the meat?
