Tried reheating leftover pizza in the air fryer vs the microwave and I'm never going back
Last Tuesday I had two slices of cold pepperoni pizza from a place down the street and decided to do a side by side test. I put one slice in the microwave for 45 seconds and the other in the air fryer at 350 for about 3 minutes. The microwave one came out limp and the crust was chewy, basically a sad wet mess. The air fryer slice had a crispy bottom and the cheese got all melty again, it honestly tasted close to fresh. I know this sounds like a small thing but I eat leftovers a lot and this was a real game changer for me. Anyone else have a leftover food that the air fryer totally saved? I'm curious what else I should be throwing in there instead of nuking it.
