Customer told me my panel beep was 'screaming at her cats', now I use chime delays

Had a lady in Boise call me back 3 times about a false alarm, turns out her cat kept jumping on the motion sensor and the fast beep freaked it out worse... I set the entry delay to 45 seconds and added a soft pre-alert tone, solved it in one visit. Anyone else run into pets triggering zones in weird ways?
