Update: tried a 12 dollar phone line tester on a panel swap and it caught a short the multimeter missed
I figured my Fluke would find everything but this cheap tester beeped on a crossed pair behind the keypad at the Corbin Ave job before I even pulled the can, so what else are you guys using for quick pair checks?
