Backsplash job in Tulsa 4 months ago changed how I handle customers who hover
Guy stood behind me the whole install filming for a home vlog, and I let it slide because he seemed harmless. Now I'm wondering if some of you make hovering customers sign something or just tell them to step off at the door, because I can't decide which is the trade's real standard.
