Hit 40,000 air miles and my whole seating plan changed

So I got a notice from Delta that I crossed 40,000 miles this year, which is nothing crazy for road warriors, but for me it was a shock since I only fly maybe 6 times a year for family stuff. I used to always pick aisle seats near the front out of habit, but that number made me realize I've spent like 80 hours up there in 2025 alone. Sounds dumb, but now I actually check the seat map for exit rows or window spots over the wing instead of autopiloting to row 7. Anyone else hit a random milestone that made them rethink their usual routine?

Heard a pilot say exit rows recline less, still worth it though.
