Stacking 200 frames with the wrong dark frames for 4 months

I was shooting nebula shots and always wondered why my stacked images had this faint blue gradient no matter what I did. Last week I realized my dark frames were taken at ISO 800 but my lights were at 1600, total rookie mistake. Has anyone else had calibration frame mismatches mess up their processing for way too long?
