PSA: My old boss at the shop in Gary told me to just fill the dent with Bondo and paint over it
Six months later the filler cracked and the rust came through, so I had to strip the whole panel back to bare metal and do it again the right way, which brings me to this: does anyone here still use filler over bare metal, or is that just something old timers say to save a buck?
