Took 3 weekends to fix a clunky first gear, turned out to be a $12 part
My truck started bucking every time I pulled away from a stoplight, so I tore into the clutch and even swapped the master cylinder for $180 before a buddy suggested checking the clutch pedal bushings. That little plastic sleeve was worn almost flat after 150k miles and it took me 2 full Saturdays to figure out. Has anyone else chased a shifting problem that ended up being something stupid simple?
