Update: I thought the $8 magnetic spark plug socket was a gimmick until Tuesday

I was pulling plugs on my neighbor's 2011 Civic in his driveway in Fresno and dropped the same socket into the well three times. He handed me one of those magnetic ones he grabbed for $8 at a swap meet and I laughed at it. First plug came out in about 20 seconds with zero fishing around with a magnet stick. After 4 plugs I was done in under 10 minutes, which never happens for me. Anyone else using magnetic sockets, or do you stick with the old rubber insert kind?
