Vent: found out the average tech only sees 2.5 comeback jobs a month, been beating myself up over 4
Was reading through an ASA newsletter a buddy left on the bench at the shop in Tulsa and it said the industry average for comebacks is around 2.5 per tech per month. I've been sitting at 4 lately and honestly felt like I was slipping, but turns out I'm not as far off as I thought. It also said most comebacks trace back to the same 3 things: missed TSBs, skipped test drives, and rushing diag on Friday afternoons. Anyone else keeping actual numbers on their comebacks or am I the only one weird enough to track it?
