Comparing two brokers for my truck move to Denver, and the cheap one lost before I even booked
I got quotes from two brokers for shipping my pickup from Phoenix to Denver and the cheaper one ($780) took 3 days just to answer a basic question about pickup windows, while the $920 one replied in an hour with a real driver name. Turns out saving $140 isn't worth sitting around not knowing if your truck shows up. Anyone else find that faster communication ends up being the real thing to compare?
