Can we talk about how even small storage jobs can hurt your back?
I keep hearing that you only need to worry about injuries with heavy stuff in the garage. I mean, idk, but I strained my shoulder just reaching for a light bin on a high shelf. Does anyone else think we should pay more attention to how we move everyday items?

Seriously, people forget that twisting or reaching wrong can mess you up no matter the weight! I tweaked my back just picking up a shoe box from under the bed last week. It's not about how heavy it is, it's about how you move. We really do need to pay more attention to our form with everyday stuff. A little caution saves a lot of pain later. Let's stop acting like only big lifts count!
