My shed floor collapsed because I didn't think about weight distribution

I built a 10x12 shed in my Atlanta backyard last spring and just stacked all my heavy stuff, like a lawn mower and concrete blocks, right in the middle. The floor joists were fine, but the plywood sheet in the center gave way after about 8 months. A neighbor saw the hole and said 'You put all the pounds on one spot, didn't you?' Now I'm torn between just replacing that sheet or redoing the whole floor with thicker wood. Has anyone fixed a spot like this and had it hold up?

Check the other plywood sheets for damage first.

Just replace the sheet and spread stuff out next time.

My last project had three sheets with hidden water stains. I had to pull up the whole floor in the back bedroom. Now I check every single sheet under a work light before it goes down. Saved me from a huge mold problem last fall.
