My 12 year old nephew caught me rounding in front of him and now I can't unsee it
We were splitting a $43.80 pizza bill between 5 people last Friday and I just said "call it 9 each, close enough" like I always do. He pulled out his phone, did the real math, and goes "that leaves $1.20 floating, who pays that?" Little dude was dead right and I had zero answer. Turns out I've been rounding loose change away for years and just letting the last person eating the loss or the win. How do you all handle splitting a bill when the numbers don't divide even?
