A guy at the flea market in Tulsa sold me a whole box of VHS tapes for $8 and told me to only keep the ones where the tracking goes bad halfway through
He said a clean picture means somebody loved that tape and played it to death, but a wobbly one means it sat in a garage for 20 years waiting for the right bored Sunday, and honestly that flipped how I pick reruns to fall asleep to, so what's the dumb rule you use to decide what stays in your rotation?

My only rule is if the case smells like a basement, it's a keeper lol.
