Now, my rig has a camera system with four views and a digital load chart right in the cab. Do you guys still use hand signals much, or is it all tech now?

I put a box of the store-bought frozen ones in at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping halfway like the bag said. They came out so hard you could hear them clank on the plate. I learned you really need to spray them with oil first, even if the box doesn't tell you to. Has anyone else had to adjust the time or temp for frozen potato things?

Cutting the wrong side of a dovetail on a walnut dresser

I was in my garage shop about two years ago, working on a dresser for a client in Charlotte. I had marked the pins on the first drawer front, but I got distracted and cut the tails on the wrong side of the line. I had to glue in a new piece of walnut, re-plane it down, and start the whole layout over. It added almost a full day to the job. Has anyone else had a major layout brain-fart like that on a nice piece of wood?
