Am I the only one who caught that the dad on ALF had a different name in the pilot than the rest of season 1
I rewatched the ALF pilot from 1986 on a sick day and noticed Kate calls him Willie in later episodes but he's credited as different in the first one, so now I need someone to tell me I'm not losing it for caring about a puppet show from 40 years ago.

Man, the pilot had a totally different actor playing the dad before Max Wright took over, so the name change makes sense if you look at early credits. You're not losing it, that show had more behind the scenes chaos than people remember.
