Vent: That guy who asked for a 'light trim' then screamed at me for 20 minutes

Honestly, I had this older guy come in last Saturday, around 11am, and he sits down and says 'just a light trim, take off a little off the top.' So I do exactly that, maybe a quarter inch, nothing crazy. He looks in the mirror, runs his hand through it, and his face just goes red. He starts yelling that I 'butchered' him and that his wife would kill him because he had a family wedding next week. I tried to explain that a light trim means exactly what he asked for, but he wasn't hearing it. He refused to pay the $28, walked out, and I saw him two days later at the grocery store and he turned his cart around to avoid me. Has anyone else dealt with clients who have zero idea what they actually want but blame you anyway?
