Hot take: skip the fancy heated floors, my $40 rug does the same job
Three years ago I tore out my old bathroom in Boise and put in $1,800 of electric floor heat because everyone on here swore it was a must. Honestly, I barely turn it on now and a cheap washable rug by the tub keeps my feet just as warm. Anyone else spend big on a feature they regret, or am I the only one who fell for it?
I dropped almost two grand on a floor that heats my feet and now I just stare at the thermostat like it owes me money. My rug was ten bucks at a garage sale and honestly it's winning.
